Sure Men Maximum Protection Money Back Guarantee
1. The Sure Men Maximum Protection Money Back Guarantee applies to all UK or ROI purchases of stickered Sure Men Maximum Protection TriSolid sticks.
2. If another anti-perspirant provided better protection against sweat, tear off the promotional sticker and send it with your till receipt, contact details and your views on both products to Sure Men Maximum Protection Money Back Guarantee, PO Box 7557, Derby, DE1 0NP within 28 days of purchase.
3. No photocopies will be accepted. No claims from agents, third parties, or organised groups will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible claims or those not in accordance with these instructions will be rejected.
4. Closing date for receipt of claims is 31st August 2010.
5. Only one claim per person.
6. Responsibility is not accepted for claims lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Claims (including receipts) will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned. Please take a copy of your till receipt before sending.
7. Each valid claim will receive a cheque to the value of the Sure Men Maximum Protection TriSolid Stick as stated on the receipt (up to a value of £4.99/€8.50). The cheque will be sent within 28 days of receipt of your claim and will include the cost of postage (up to the value of a First Class stamp).
8. If the promotional sticker from your Sure Men Maximum Protection TriSolid Stick is lost or damaged please contact the Unilever Careline on 0800 0852639. (UK), 01850 404060 (ROI).
9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
